Equipment technology level of flexible packaging industry

At present, there are about 400 imported gravure flexible packaging production lines in mainland China, and nearly 1000 domestic wide and high-speed gravure flexible packaging production lines. The manufacturing level of these production lines has approached or reached the level of developed countries; there are countless low-grade narrow gravure flexible packaging production lines. In addition, in recent years, with the continuous efforts of flexographic workers in China, as well as the use of the most advanced laser direct plate making technology and high-quality ink, flexographic and other consumables, the quality of flexographic flexible packaging products has been improved day by day, and its application is more and more widely.

 

 

 

With the continuous improvement of equipment, raw materials and auxiliary materials, as well as the increasingly rich experience in production, operation and management, the technical level of China's flexible packaging industry is advancing by leaps and bounds, and the product quality has been greatly improved. As far as the printing quality is concerned, the printing level of China's flexible packaging industry can be said to be quite high, and the printing quality is much higher than that of similar products in developed countries and regions in Europe and America.

 

 

 

At present, the overall development level of the flexible packaging industry in the mainland of China is higher than that of Russia and other Eastern European countries, and also higher than that of other Asian countries except Japan and South Korea, and is basically equal to the development level of the flexible packaging industry in South Korea and Taiwan Province of China. The main gap between the flexible packaging industry and the developed countries lies in the product standards, middle and high-grade modern packaging materials, especially in the development and production application of special and special functional packaging materials.
